As part of the program and script performance project, my group of three collaborated to design and develop an interactive webpage centered around the concept of creating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Drawing inspiration from the principles of scripted "functions" and the element of chance, we aimed to offer a unique and engaging user experience. Our webpage allowed users to debug small sections of code, mimicking the process of following instructions to make a PB&J sandwich. This playful approach incorporated concepts often taught in introductory computer science classes, where instructors challenge students to write precise directions while adhering to strict language rules. By providing users with the opportunity to interactively debug and follow instructions, our project aimed to combine educational elements with an element of chance, resulting in an enjoyable and hands-on learning experience.
